The access to local cafes provided a unique breakfast experience.

I encountered significant noise disruptions . The walls were thin, and I could hear every word from the guests next door. The room was quite cramped, and I found the basic amenities lacking. There were just small milk sachets, and the shampoo was provided without any conditioner, quite inconvenient.

Enjoyed big rooms.

the experience was such wonderful, would absolutely stay here again. i came here with my grandchildren. the location was marvellous and lovely yet it was a short walk from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.

Had a lovely stay at Oak Tree! The location is ideal for exploring the New Forest. Check-in was a breeze. My room was cozy and had a killer tea stash! Just wish there was some undercover bike storage for cyclists like me.

Had a great 2 nights at oak tree rooms! The location was super close to the train station, made exploring so easy. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. We had access to a courtyard. Earplugs were included but it was quiet anyway. Would totally recommend this place!

only little thing is that they didn't have a hairdryer in the room, and it would be nice to have decaf coffee too.

I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room for 2 nights. The room was super comfy and spacious. We had a nice courtyard to chill in. It was really quiet, so we slept well. Loved how close we were to the train station too. Made exploring easy. The place was clean, and check-in was easy!
